R&D Engineering

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test firmware for UAV flight control and navigation systems
  • Design and optimize mechanical structures for drones, payloads, and accessories
  • Research and implement AI algorithms for autonomous flight, detection, and data processing
  • Build and maintain cloud platforms for fleet management, data storage, and remote monitoring
  • Collaborate across hardware, software, and product teams to deliver new TTA products

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in firmware development, mechanical design, AI, or cloud systems (fresh graduates with strong project experience considered)
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, CAD tools, machine learning frameworks, or cloud infrastructure depending on role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Sales and Business Development

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities across Asia, Europe, and the Americas
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, enterprise clients, and government partners
  • Represent TTA at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events globally
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the sales team
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform regional growth strategy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

Technical Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for TTA drone systems and accessories
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues for customers
  • Conduct product installation, calibration, and training sessions for clients
  • Maintain accurate service records and escalate complex issues to the R&D team
  • Support the after-sales service process, including remote diagnosis and component replacement

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • 1+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or drone maintenance preferred
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with hardware and embedded systems
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support assignments
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Flight Operations

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate TTA drones safely and efficiently for professional flight service projects
  • Plan and coordinate flight missions, including route planning and airspace compliance
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure proper maintenance of flight equipment
  • Collect and process flight data for clients across industries such as inspection, agriculture, and logistics
  • Train and support junior pilots and flight operations staff as needed

Job Requirements

  • Valid drone/UAV pilot certification (CAAC or equivalent) required
  • 1+ years of hands-on flight operation experience, industrial or commercial preferred
  • Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and airspace rules
  • Ability to travel to project sites domestically and internationally
  • Detail-oriented with strong situational awareness during flight operations
